A few points:
First: I made €30k last year, much less than the €60k your friend says. And now I am unemployed, so I am likely going to make €20k or less this year!
Two: I have never spoken about "global arbitrage" in the article. Don't know where @justjoshinya got that from. @justjoshinya likely meant "geo-arbitrage", which is something everyone with two brain cells knows about. Not interesting at all.
Three: I have already written on how expats and int. people f*ck up the local economies. Article is here: https://auresnotes.com/expats-international-students-european-real-estate-crisis/
Four: @justjoshinya is obviously highly privilege (and monstrously ignorant) to be this oblivious to the fact that inflation doesn't only destroy lives: it forments revolutions. People that never knew difficulty in their lives don't say "bread is 18% more expensive. Fuck outttta here". Obviously.
Five: @justjoshinya should not be scared to come comment directly on the article instead of using you as a proxy.
Six: now that we know @justjoshinya's *priceless* opionion...what's yours?
Seven: I am, indeed, a talented writer. Thank you!
