Actually, no.

Plants are full of antinutrients and toxins that in the long term, have a negative impact on the gut and the body.

This is why most vegans quit their vegan diet after a while (3-10 years). They have critical deficiencies and overall, feel weak and dizzy.

Furthermore, most autoimmune disorders disappear when patients switch to a carnivore diet.

As for me, I cured depression and anxiety (and handful of other problems) when I abandoned all plants to focus on eating meat only.

Vegetables are a scam.

They're poor in nutrients, have lower bioavailability, plant proteins are lower quality, and vegetables are so bad for humans that they need to be peeled, boiled, cooked, heated, or processed to be digested.

And even then, people with a delicate stomach should not eat plants at the end of the day because we don't digest fibers.

The idea that plants have nutrients humans "need" is false, as attested by the current carnivore community, the Inuits, Masai, or other meat-based tribes.

The only thing you need to live is beef.

The rest is unnecessary.

It took me one year to research and accept that, and I don't expect people to just take my word for it.

Google it ;)
