Arthur, boosts are given by human beings with their own biases and political agenda. Not being boosted doesn't mean you're a bad writer. I thoroughly enjoyed this piece actually. Keep writing, but set lower expectations. Some articles took me 150 hours to write and were read by 10 people. It is what it is.
