But I think I know what might have happened.

On the 2nd of July, I submitted this article to Illumination. I have a 24h published policy where if the pub doesn't publish in the 24 hours after submission, I publish under my own publication, Notes.

Illumination didn't publish my article so I took it out of the submission box and published under Notes on the 4th of July. You can check the timestamp of this article: 4th of July.

Now, if you have seen this article before the 4th of July, then it was published under Illumination without my knowing.

Indeed, sometimes, Medium doesn't work well and it shows an article is still in the draft despite that it was published. So what might have happened is that you saw the article published under Illumination, then it faded away, and it appeared on Notes instead.

In any way, I didn't censor you or deleted any of your comments; and I didn't publish or unpublish anything.
