I don't disagree with you.
But I'd argue that these aren't the most interesting things about these countries.
As you see, none of them got there due to sound finances.
They all have an unfair advantage.
Macau gets money from the gambling industry, which is a legal advantage (as it is banned in Ch!n@).
Kuwait gets money from oil and from being small.
And Luxembourg gets money from being a tax haven and particularly small (they're not spending much in infrastructure, for example, so they get to spend in other stuff).
What does this mean? That being a rich, "profitable", or at the very least, a non-losing-money country is next to impossible.
Modern society needs to Ponzify itself or "cheat" to survive.
