It is a great article, however, here are a couple of notes!
1. High cholesterol is not a problem in itself. Getting your arteries clogged up is, and it has more to do with sugar than with cholesterol itself.
2. I am surprised you felt you didn't eat enough vegetables on keto. I personally struggled with constipation, but went the other way and cured it with a carnivore diet.
3. I felt like you, unsatisfied with keto, but not because it wasn't diversify enough, but because I felt I could eat even less sugar. I went on a zero-carb carnivore diet, it is has been more than a year, and I wouldn't change it for anything!
